Wait for 10 seconds
Me: .... No
Him: Its a special hat you cant get anymore
Me: I don't care
Close trade, tell server, him continues with rest of server and gets the same response from everyone.

Anyway I bought for 3 refined (non v). Now I'm gonna try sell it for V hat or HATS.
