I'd love to launch the electric pack but I'm busy wrestling with realistically lighting some coursework. (aka I spent all my free time fiddling with them darn icons)
Can somebody make a darker texture for the Detective noir? To make it look like this [media]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/5/5f/Backpack_D%C3%A9tective_Noir.png[/media]
Umm quick question, how do I add paint onto my models. I remember something about an alpha map on my texture, and thats it.

Right then Kids, I'mma going to discuss with you all the [B]ELECTRIC PACK![/B] It's still going to happen, possibly start of feburary. But the thing is as we found out in december, some people weren't exactly fussed on it and thought it would be "HERP DERP BATTERY ATTACHED TO EVERYTHING!" so that combined with Uncle Royzo's wise words I was thinking of something a long the lines of "FUTURE vs THE PAST!" where we would collide the new Medival and the Electro-pack into one. Let me hear your opinions, ideas and the such.
My opinion is "no more medieval weapons".

So despite compiling perfectly and being positioned CORRECTLY on the spy, this decided to happen. Just rotate your model 90 degrees and export again
This is why I said we should do Electric vs Medival, as there's always someone who's all "Herp batteries" Medival currently lacks weapons for certain classes (engie springs to mind) and some people also argue electric is just for focusing on certain classes. If anyone has a good suggestion for what we could do along side Electric, feel free to suggest.

Id would of picked a better example if i was you. Reason it is great is because it is basically a simple circuit board we as kids probably did in school some how made it a weapon. Plus electric is hard to make portable, batteries do this easily its probably why there are so many on these weapons. Unless we want restrictions off "can only attack if in X range of a plug socket" :v:
Batteries will be allowed, just no "Herp derp 1 battery & wire connecting to generic ____"

Also, the battery can just be implied if there are electronics on the item.
