I'm almost done my olympic torch for the pyro :mad: [IMG]http://i1026.photobucket.com/albums/y322/CptNuke/item_test0004.jpg[/IMG] It still doesn't get held properly in my hands, what the fuck. Can someone here who has made a tf2 melee weapon add me? I'm using blender and need help with fixing bones. Also the skin for it it atrocious, i know. It's too shiny because i just copied the VMT for another melee weapon. How do i make the wood less shiny?

I parented to the bone. Not sure how to assign every vertex to weapon_bone either.

Get fucked up by Pyros and anyone who is smart enough to shoot at you. Destroy anyone who's too dense to melee you: Spies, Engineers, Medics (sometimes), survive a Puff & Sting (especially if overhealed).

I had 2 groups for some reason so to be safe i deleted everything except the weapon_bone group and assigned all of my mesh to that group. There's still a problem with the bone though. Should the mesh be a parent of the bone, or vice versa?
