That was an error on Valve's part. It never looked like that. Which is a good thing because it looks like FECAL MATTER [editline]10th January 2011[/editline] I second this. That's actually an interesting idea. Maybe Uber as an energy source for the Medic? Think medical equipment with pumps and tubes with glowy substances.
Hydro-Electric/Pneumatic for Medic?
-20 hp. wait, for what class is the weapon?
(still from uber)
Does it chop off heads? :x
Well i fixed the vertex groups issue. I had 2 groups for some reason so to be safe i deleted everything except the weapon_bone group and assigned all of my mesh to that group. There's still a problem with the bone though. Should the mesh be a parent of the bone, or vice versa?
Mesh to bone, not the other way round.
alternatively: because, as everyone cultured knows, glorious nippon steel is far stronger than your barbaric western metals, the Killer's Katana (or キラーのカタナ) can cut straight through damage reduction of any sort.
[img_thumb]http://sparkwire.thanez.net/tf2/m61/m61icon.png[/img_thumb] for neo
How big is that texture? :byodood:
alternatively: because, as everyone cultured knows, glorious nippon steel is far stronger than your barbaric western metals, the Killer's Katana (or キラーのカタナ) can cut straight through damage reduction of any sort.
Uh...there are no melee resistances in-game so that's a bit useless :v:
I'm trying hard to think of what the fuck "Opposite of Fists of Steel" is. Is that like +100% damage from long range sources, but +60% damage to melee sources..? This makes you kinda useless I think.
Uh...there are no melee resistances in-game so that's a bit useless :v:
Batallion's Backup. And the crit resistance on the Heavy set I guess.
alternatively: because, as everyone cultured knows, glorious nippon steel is far stronger than your barbaric western metals, the Killer's Katana (or キラーのカタナ) can cut straight through damage reduction of any sort.
IDEA; Does the exact amount of damage more than any type of resistance. eg: 25% fire resistance on wearer, the katana would do 25% more than normal to the target. OP
I'm trying hard to think of what the fuck "Opposite of Fists of Steel" is. Is that like +100% damage from long range sources, but +60% damage to melee sources..?
Buff Banner.
And how does an offensive-geared utility qualify as a melee resistance? Oh you edited that. But why would you want a weapon that has a trait that's only good against one item?
[img_thumb]http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh3/xXxHatboyxXx/schnoz.png[/img_thumb] Thank you Ikare, I decided to use that name. :v:
Now I know that the spy realy is Cyrano de Bergerac!
I don't think vulnerability towards ALL ranged sources is good in any case.
I don't think vulnerability towards ALL ranged sources is good in any case.
How bout a slight one? +10%?
(still from uber)
I prefer -25hp Then you will be equal to Demoman Giving more dmg isn't interesting.... Is it possible to cut dmg less but increase faster attacking?
How big is that texture? :byodood:
8192*
How bout a slight one? +10%?
No. This means you'd take more damage from bullets, arrows, flares, rockets, grenades, sentries, sandman balls, etc. So quite literally everything that isn't a melee will do more damage to you. Which is, imo, not a very good idea. More explosive, or bullet vulnerability is something else, though.
should have longer range instead of more damage imo, and reversed FoS stats is just plain dumb, there's no challenge in shooting someone wielding a melee weapon
No. This means you'd take more damage from bullets, arrows, flares, rockets, grenades, sentries, sandman balls, etc. So quite literally everything that isn't a melee will do more damage to you. If the speed bonus was more significant than 5%, I'd recede that reconsideration :v:
Oh man this is so :unsmigghh: Give me the UV's!
svdl professed his gay love for me in return for texturing privileges.
Upon reconsideration. I'm in agreement. If the speed bonus was more significant than 5%, I'd recede that reconsideration :v:
tbh, just do what Valve would do. Slap in either "no crits" or "10% more explosion/fire/bullet vulnerability."
Mesh to bone, not the other way round.
So i think something is wrong then. The bone is parented to mace_mesh. :gonk: What would i do to go about fixing that? Delete the bone and add a new one?

My idea of a jellyfish on a knife was cooler, but much less electric.

Yeah I thought it could actually be pretty good. But I still think the eel knife is better. Is the DR holding animation spherical enough?
Someone needs to make a cowboy styled revolver as a pistol replacement for the Engie. [editline]10th January 2011[/editline] Just thought of it.
Yeah I thought it could actually be pretty good. But I still think the eel knife is better. Is the DR holding animation spherical enough?
perspective will probably save you here. do a test compile with a plain sphere
(still from uber)
gosh this is a hard one, it cant be that harsh cause it has to be a viable choice compared to the equalizer. On miss: You put drugs on yourself. ho ho ho~ But seriously, umm well samurai's believed that if you weren't afraid to die and remained confident in battle, you stay alive. So I dont know if he's allowing ideas, but I suggest a effect where if you are within a certain radius of an enemy, you gain a health regeneration. The distance away determines the amount of health generated. It will reward soldiers who stay in battle. Downside is I dont know, -25 less health. It can represent a samurai with fear in his heart, as they are the ones to be slain.
