Several emporiums ago. Never got released sadly. I think its because they didn't want heavy to just take a chunk out of it. That would of been funny though. Would maybe make a nice misc just like a side pouch or something.

But there are a shit ton of drills used in medical practice for years. You had the Roman's thinking a good idea to get rid of a head ache was to drill a hole into your head and plug it up with I forgot what, and the ones they use today.
If anything i think Mr.Spark could do with changing the style of the drill bit to fit a more medical rather than engineering one.

Diamond for BLU and Gold for RED is possible, though, right?
Also, Smashman, the texture is good except for each block blurring between eachother, Minecraft has blocky graphics but the edges are sharp. Also fix the lightblue edge where the blocks are too small.
And, as said, make it smaller. That looks as big as the Eyelander.

Perhaps the effect can be the inverse of Jarate, whereby the player that's covered deals less damage and can not crit, nor minicrit even when critcharged (nullifying the Targe, the Kritzkreig and the cap bonuses, as well as that player recieving no bonus from an enemy Buff Banner, or an enemy Jarate throw)

People here are artists and critics, we judge thing based on how well made they are, how well they fit the characters, and how well they fit the theme.
I like watching anime, but I would not like anime in TF2.
There are some people that do anime models and skins for TF2, but you'd be more likely to find them on FPSbanana or TF2chan.
