One way to solve the screen space issue would be to lower it down and to the left... the tendency to raise a gun when reloading is easier access to the magazine on the bottom (never handled a gun before so just my gut feeling) but that isn't an issue here since it's on the top. Lowering it to the left also makes more sense as the sniper could then brace the gun against his body when putting the canister back in.
Could someone make a fire magic tome for Pyro? He's meant to be a shaman of sorts in Medieval but he don't even have any fire. It's dumb.

It does seem a little too CS-ey. Not as bad as most of spark's, but still doesn't fit quite right with the anims Valve does.

I don't really get what this animation is for, the only animation the Sidney Sleeper has is the lever pull between shots, no? It doesn't have a reload, like the sniper rifle. So when would this animation be used?

Your anims always reminsd me of ones like these. Except for scout's pistol, all the anims in TF2 are very simple, precise, and efficient. Engie doesn't even bother to eject the old pistol clip!
