If i recall correctly those weren't bombs, just massive amounts of gun powder, either way, both make a boom. And rather then a portable Trebuchet, why not a build able one for engy?

No more arrows or crossbows. We have 2 and in medieval mode there all over the place. Giving more classes these slowly would kill this new gametype in my opinion. If you want more medieval inspired stuff stick with the melee

I just think it's unfair that two classes get ranged weapons and no one else does. It's fine for spies I guess. To be honest, I haven't played the mode yet so I'm not sure how well it does like this.

Still the ranged aspect aint [i]really[/i] the point of medieval mode, just sniper is good as staying as sniper so his fits him, medics is a bit silly. Its more a forced melee like servers have been doing since the start of tf2.
More maps are what we need for this if anything not weapons on second thoughts. Disregard what I said previously in the post above.

Could have a catapult as a sentry replacement.
I think it wouldn't be too unbalanced if it worked like, you'd activate it by hitting it and it can only hit one spot. Also can't upgrade or move maybe.

What about it having a limited range and it would only be single shot, making the engi have to hit it after it fires for it to be ready to fire again?
