Make it a .qc file. Save it under All Files, then give it the .qc extension.

If it was brown then it would look like that Bobblehead that was going to be used in Meet the Sniper before they changed it into Civilian.

Right now it looks a bit like those edible sugar figurines you find on wedding cakes because of how smooth and shiny it looks. Try to make the texture a bit more rough looking if you could?
I started on a buckle. Will also be adding some more wear and tear to the model such as holes, cracks, etc. Will post the updated version later tonight.

It's for the Engineer. It's supposed to match his overalls but I was testing paint when I took the pics. I actually made a port of that bobblehead hat over a year ago.

Particle effects changed/improved:
- Hearts: Now the cartoony effect of being in love.
- TF Logo: The TF Logo rotates on your head, with your head being in the middle of the logo.
- Peace Sign: The sign is now a calmer blue color, given more of a hippie vibe.
- Confetti Effects: Confetti now sperts from the top of the hat.
- Scorching Flames: Now emits smoke as well.
- Energy Effects: Brighter and resembles a bit more like energy (in a way).
- Ghosts: The aura is now more like a mist, ghosts can now move slightly upward and downward.
