Finally! I've been waiting for this hat ever since the concept art showed up... however long ago it did. Now if only I could get that new computer now. (My old computer died due to excessive heat melting it's interior partly. And that's as far off-topic as I go.)

By the way, this was probably asked before but, what determines whether a hat stays on a character's head of falls off after they die? I replaced my Milkman with the Scout mohawk and when it I died I laughed my ass off seeing the mohawk fall off of my Scout's head.

You can it items_game but it gets replaced so often it's not worth it. It doesn't matter because Valve makes hats that shouldn't drop do it anyway all the time.
