Cryengine is readily available. Hell, Crysis gives you full access to the Cryengine 2 tools. They've been around since before TF2 was released.

I hate when people sit there and think up stats for a weapon. It's pointless, and most of the time they're terrible ideas.
It would be even cooler as a revolver for the Spy. Even though some or many people might agree that the use of the knuckles part might not fit with the style of the Spy, but whatever. And now that I look at it, you would have to either a.) break all of his fingers to fit the fingerholes on there, or b.) redo the world holding animation and viewmodel.

Coming up with ideas is perfectly fine. What you did was request an item, had that model presented to you, refused said item because it's a custom skin because clearly the item you want [i]needs[/i] to be officially added to the game for you to even [i]consider[/i] using (something we have no control over, by the way), then throw out a pointless insult for no reason whatsoever. If I wanted Brass Knuckles as an custom file from the FPSbanana I would have thanked the guy who came up with the link for that, but that was not the case. I really don't see what's the fuzz here. I apologize for the insult that was uncalled for..
And yes I do realize you have no control over it, my intentions were to come up with an idea for a cool item that would be a whole different approach for melee-weapon than the over-used boxing gloves which I do not like at all, and just have few lines of discussion. Sadly not, someone was working on it but gave up on it because the Sticky Jumper he made looked to much like the ScoRes. I'd love a Sticky Jumper skin aswell.
Is there a way to convert parametric models into ones that can be used by TF2? I'm making a minigun for the Heavy but I find it easier to model it this way.
