I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to make some of the item's shown in this pic? I know we already have the Mongolian moustache and someone is making the lenses but if anyone wants to give it a shot.

Recompiled the 4-slot grenade launcher to replace the c_model if anyone wants it:

I take no credit, I simply just took it and recompiled it to replace the new c_model grenade launcher.
Two disadvantages of the c_models though:
1. The front sight doesn't jiggle around (the official Valve c_grenadelauncher has the same problem).
2. The loading tubes don't spin around when Demo reloads and the grenades are still visible in the tubes when he's reloading (again, I believe the Valve c_grenadelauncher has the same problem).
Can't fix either of those problems because I'm not an animator (not to mention I'm lazy and don't feel like working too much on this considering it's not my model - I don't want to steal credit for it). But hey, at least there's the model itself.

At least one person I working on the Executioner Pyro I think. (The the more models of it the better) I think BLU Scout's hat and Red Engineer's hat should definitely be made.

feel free to keep it, i mean half the new weapons don't fit the characters. i think the only one who's really got perfect weapons in the pyro since most of his stuff looks like he raided his garden shed and taped everything he could find together. (i'm fine with the demoknight stuff, it's just valve taking him in a new direction and most of it is pretty badass!)

I don't want to derail the thread, but I think you're reading a lot into him. I don't remember any official source stating he only eats Sandviches for example. There are many people out there that take very good care of their cars and give it a name or call it a "she". It's not like we've seen Heavy taking out Sasha for a candlelight dinner or something. I don't own Pokernight, but some video sequences I stumbled across YouTube suggest that he's pretty familiar with Russian literature and went to college.
Just because he's got brawn doesn't mean he doesn't have a brain. He's as insane as any other mercenary to me.
