You could replace a LOD0 jacket with a LOD1 sphere and a LOD2 box if you wanted (that'd be dumb of course, but I'm trying to illustrate how extreme you can go with the LODs). And there's certainly nothing wrong with scaling parts of a lower LOD up to lessen clipping. So the devs were probably in a serious time crunch and thought they'd either have to explain how to do what they were asking, or fight with you to get the change done, or wait for a complete rebuild, or whatever, and figured it wasn't worth taking the time. I'd make the changes, wait for them to get back in the office, and then respond saying it's done (maybe even nudging EricS to get an eye on it). Do it yourself! Think about how you could find them yourself. Search the VPKs? Decompile the map and look at it? Someone is going to have to do this to find them. You should be the one doing it, considering you're the one who wants them.

Those don't have to deal with any restrictions and you can just toss out the bodygroup idea completely and replace the whole model.

Are these "II" stretched on purpose? The top on of each plate seem to be. Could very possibly be an illusion of the eye as well, looks trippy as hell the more I look at it.

I took the liberty of updating TheRealFierce's Visiwatches mod for specialized and professional killstreak items. You can now see the sheen on the watch when you cloak with your killstreak item. Tested with all watches.
