The reason I said what I did is due to the fact that for the first week or so, there is a weight appended to your items to keep them within the first couple of pages, so they can be 'discovered' and moved around according to the ratings. You've already posted your item, so you're essentially losing time on improving your item. It'd be better to delete it, make any changes that are suggested and then republish it. Just my two cents, obviously you can do whatever you like :P

You should never include other items that attract too much attention from the actual submission in your preview pics. You want people to notice the hair, not the shades or the moustache. I thought it was all a single item until I remembered the MM already exists.

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but my watches are still invisible even after installing this correctly and outside vpk. Any ideas?
