I think I'll add more detais, maybe some more jewels to it. It's part of a steampunk set for the Spy. I'll finish it and make the watch and misc when I have some free time.
Also, this is my first time making concepts on the pc. Any tips or suggestions to make the process faster?

I'm pretty sure the "end of the line" update will contain no hat reskins and would most likely have hats that fit with the theme of the SFM short.

Pardon the late feedback, but all those really thin metal parts look a tad off to me. Technology in TF2 is usually designed with rather big and clunky components.

veery nooby question here, i know. But how do i make a hat paintable? I know it involves the texture's (diffuse's?) alpha channel but i don't know how.

Go check out Helljumpers tutorials, that's where i learned.
Basicially, whatever you want paintable (strap/certain part of hat) make that the only thing in the alpha
if you want it all paintable then the alpha is the entire hat
Then in the importer you check paint VMT and set the base colors of the hat
i dont remember the other settings by memory so go check the tutorial

Well that's weird. As fun as Boogaloo was, I really don't think there should be another one.
Speaking of which, Neo when are you going to finish the Robot Boogaloo mod site? I thought that the robo-items that didn't get ingame would be available as mods.
