Should I add a simple interior to my hat?
The interior would make the hat actually looking it is resting on the Medic's head instead of hovering around the cranium.

Anyways the interior costs around 62 triangles being a simple cone. Sounds cheap right?
Well the problem is that the hat is almost reaching the 1400 triangle limit at 1392 triangles.
Can you post a picture of your hat? And if you want to make it look like it's firmly resting on medic's head, try to bring the brim down to his forehead-eyebrow area.

Without meaning to be mean, the crab reminds me of Microsoft Word Clip Art, and the joke is way too forced.
I think if it were just a bib with a picture of a (better designed) crab on it, it would be more subtle and fit in with TF2's humor. The current equivalent joke would be me making a cosmetic spatula for Demoman saying, "I Demopan".
