What would I have to do to get a model to wrap around a player? From what I understand, I have to get into rigging, but do I just model over the original clothes or... is there documentation for miscs as opposed to hats?
Modelling a misc is like modelling a hat. Just model around the playermodel then rig it to the bones it'll be used by.

Like I said, Will do a top down Concept to this gyro scopy thing and probably have an Alt. Ball reload so you don't have to animate

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking if theres a way to rig automatically?

They just don't seem to be planning on it any time soon.

Since that's supposed to be a supercharger stuck in there, the shape looks a bit iffy to me. Superchargers are rounded the way they are since a supercharger is essentially two worm gears spinning next to each other to compress and force air into the engine, and the shape is essentially a sealed chamber for them to sit in. Those boots look much better than the other Bonk boots, IMO.

From what I understand, I have to get into rigging, but do I just model over the original clothes or... is there documentation for miscs as opposed to hats?[/QUOTE] you could sort of cheat paste a copy of the player model into the scene, delete their head/hands/feet/unwanted parts, then expand it (blender being ALT+S) and then use that expanded body as a base, since it will already be rigged for you (granted you'll have to rerig extra parts you make like buttons and belt- just assign them to the proper spine part(s) if you're using something else i cant help on how to expand the model. there'll always be clipping you have to fix, but at least that's a way to get started.
