Condensor with cooling-fins. It's used to decrease the entropy in a isotherm process. But I only used it because it looks cool :P

I really love when concept artists and modelers make these fantastic ideas for retro-futuristic advanced technology weapons that fits TF2's original spytech theme rather than looking like steampunk, modern or alien technology.

Kinda depends for me. If it was a Spy exclusive, then I´d go for the Disagree one.
But since it´s made for both Spy and Engi, I´d say the Agree one is better overall.

So this is happening. I've tried changing the Up axis in the QC, exporting the hat with a different up axis, binding the crate to a different bone, but it's still on it's side. Any ideas why?

If you're using Blender you have to Ctrl-A any changes you make outside of Edit Mode.

rotate bone skyroot onto its side. choose octahedral so you can see the bone's orientation. checkbox axis so you can see them on the bone.
