I actually thought that Scout needed some kind of loose tie to accompany the Fast Learner, maybe it could be replacing the dogtags and use somewhat similair bones and jigglebones, i really wanna see how something like that would work

Is anyone else's TF2 all weird? The loading screen is a Left 4 Dead 2 loading screen and all of the blood, bulletholes, and similar are all from L4D2...

yeah I think the problem with the gold is that it's so saturated that the brown and blacks by comparison look really similar in desaturated, dark color. Those two colors aren't inherently bad together, but when placed with something so vivid it creates an issue. Brass should be nice though, more similar to the wood color

Too bright its in loose cannon territory, and if too dark its in loch-n-load and grenade launcher territory.
usually a "base color" is actually the final color you plan on using :v: If it's going to be a traditional brown brass than it's not even a base color, it's just a filler.
base color, placeholder color, or whatever you call it, point is it isn't final.

The loose cannon is a large, desaturated thing with a couple sections of brown wood. Currently, yours seems fairly desaturated so from a distance it all kind of looks like a large, desaturated thing. Making your wood brighter would highlight how your color scheme is different. And if anything, think about adjusting the metal color, because that's the most noticable comparison between the two and currently yours is nearly spot on the same. [IMG]http://puu.sh/6l5Qu.jpg[/IMG]

The cannon parts seem too bright and similar to the wood on the bottom one.
