yeah if memory serves me correct the all-father was the first item with flexes and they were done by valve, there was no way of doing it before

And Valve did a horrible job at it, in the case of the Soldier at least. It would've been nice if they gave the bearded bombardier them like we would've thought but no.

I went through a day of trying to get a festive version then two days of constantly trying to get it to work properly just to find out it was still broken months later. I didn't even change fucking anything.
