LightFlock I also use blender, if you need help fixing your mesh I'd be happy to assist. Your problem is that you'd need to check your normals though, to see which way the face is pointing in blender so that it renders properly. Also, I'd suggest that the ribbon connecting the pyro's head to the toaster be less form fitting, if it was tied tightly to his head the ribbon would be pulled taught, making it a straight rigid ribbon between the top of the toaster and the sides of his head. Not to mention it'd save you a ton of polys.

So what happened to that mod that improved the head of the 3rd degree?
I'll see if they can be made smaller with minimal effort - the jacket's already been rigged and had LODs made, and I'd hate to have to put Flubbman through the whole thing again just for some buttons.
You don't need to change whole jacket. You can either delete these buttons, or move and leave them unbuttoned on the inner side.

I'm quite fond of the positioning right now, but I'll definitely turn down the sprucing on it.

I wanna learn to model, what is the best way? Any nice linkies or youtube videos for a beginner?
I wanna learn to model, what is the best way? Any nice linkies or youtube videos for a beginner?
There are so many tutorials , made by tf2 contributors mind you, just littered all over the internet.
HellJumper's tutorial, I think, is the best for starters. Its where I started and I'm sure a lot of people here have seen his video: After that, you just need to practice. I use Blender for modelling, but I haven't used other sources so I won't say its the best without knowing how good Maya or 3Dsmax is.
I wanna learn to model, what is the best way? Any nice linkies or youtube videos for a beginner?
Personally, this was the most helpful for me (HellJumper's tutorial): http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=155101824 Edit: Damn, just by a second. But this is the written version
you should ask someone to make SFM shots for you
Probably so, I'm still pretty much a novice in terms of SFM prowess.

why oh why would you make a separate upload for each class
☃HAPPY DECEMBER !!!
The import tool allows for each class to have seperate models uploaded but still be part of a single workshop submission, silly. Ya dun goofed.
Remember that suit I did, well I decided to make it into color. [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/38397602/Demosuitcolor.png[/t]
