if i remember right, custom items that replaces an item with teamcolors and a style that's a retexture of the item always fucks up on my side

If the styles are causing problems, making the skinfamilies part have four skins should fix it.

Decompile the player models from TF2, import them into the modeling program of your choice, and extrude (or copy) the faces (or vertices) from the soldier's chest. They will be pre-rigged for you, which would leave just touch-up work.

I think this weapon is pretty fucking red (i meant rad) but on closer look at the first image I think the constant square brushstrokes overlapping each other in the silver circle behind the numbers looks pretty bad. It doesn't give an impressionistic vibe to me. If you look at the texturing guide Swizzle made back in the day ([url]http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=73559[/url]) and check out the needlegun's texture at the bottom of the first post, you can see the circular parts aren't like that.
