Pistol Rounds for Spy
Grenades for Demo
Needles for Medic
Vote Agree to keep it for only hit-scan classes.
Vote Winner to make it all-class to avoid leaving demo and medic out of the loop.

This just feels like you're trying to shoe-horn it on to the other classes.
I've been subject to a large amount of requests to make it for other classes than just sniper, mainly engineer and spy, figured it would be pleasing the crowd.
You might be wasting your time, unless this is only being released as a mod.

3 grenades on one side of the hat would look big + busy and would set the hat off balance unless these nades were really tiny for some reason

we are submitting a fix for the workshop to fix the compressed texture and the hat being bound to the wrong bone, figured we'd deal with this while we revisit the set.
Does Valve even add fixes to community made items? I thought that once the item was in, that was it.
it doesnt happen very often, but valve has occasionally added updates to items.
Which ones in particular
if i recall correctly a handfull of the manniversary items received fixes for optimizations or paint.

At the time I made the template, I couldn't find [I]any[/I] good Japanese calligraphy sites that were free, and I also didn't have Photoshop at the time, so Chinese was pretty much the only thing I could go with.
I [I]was[/I] planning to redo it all in Japanese because it'd make much more sense with the Mecha-Update and all, but my CrazyBump license has since expired, and I'd already made the normal maps for the Chinese text ahead of time. Granted I [I]could[/I] have released this with the normals just there for the sake of being phong masks because self-illum, I just liked the way the normal mapped text looked.
So in a nutshell, I just didn't plan it well. It's Chinese because it's Chinese.

When you bake an ao in blender, make sure to tick "normalized" so the bake doesnt come out gray like that.

I'm not happy with them either. They don't seem to go with the theme at all and look very forced. The model and texture are fine, it's the concept I have a problem with.

Do you not feel "gas cans" are a generic enough thing to go with pyro's general theme?
for me the problem is more the scale of them and the way the texture only shines nicely from a handful of angles

i like it but it just feels a little intrusive
like wearing those clunky things would just be a hassle during a war
i mean there's 500 items already like that but i never said i liked those either
i guess since they're so wide each, i mean that's how cans are but pretty much all grenade items have been slim
Might just move one can to his belt near the shakers, and remove the other can? Expand the belt and make the cans less clunky all in one go?

I added a little bit of noise, and added a TINY bit of hair.
I generally don't like doing hair items or adding hair to the players, I mean going from the rest of the arms in the game, they're not really hairy at all.

make them translucent jars with yellow liquid inside to resemble olive oil/jarate. being see through will make them look smaller and being oil will fit the chef theme without the forced emblem.
