You definitely can, I've got a few tiny screwdrivers that are that sort of size in my house. They're not kids toy's either, they're part of full screwdriver sets.

Just finished the 2nd half of the Scissor Blade. Now I gotta start applying the actual texture. Both of the blades will share the same texture map.

I am against the whole design of it personally. Those scissors look very weird and just, they don't make sense, unless this is a reference to something and I don't get it, the design of it needs to be changed.
