I believe it could look really good with some good texture work. scratches, details, etc

If a picture of an untextured model doesn't get the idea across, its probably a good idea to go back to the drawing board. (Not in all cases of course, but that's just my rule of thumb.)

(For use with tf2 specifically.)[/QUOTE] Actually, that would be really interesting for me too - I need it for something, but am stuck in thinking whether a) You folks who do make all the coat miscs manually edit the vertex normals by hand to blend in, or b) there's a killer script somewhere which you can copy vnormals from one mesh to another. I've tried a few options of b) where I could find it, but my results have been less than satisfactory. If someone could teach me then I could possibly write a guide for it as well.

Besides I'll be back to doing concepts soon. However I will probably edit concepts if the modeler wants me too and I'll still post those unclaimed concepts once in a while. I think I should take that Pyro mask concept off the unclaimed list.
