A couple stripes of bright cream spirit or team color would look better on either side of the warning label, with the rest of the tank being the same grey as the other parts of the gun. Try using the same colors as Pyro's incendiary grenades.
On another note, you have edge wear on every edge, not just ones that would likely have wear. Think about which edges would commonly come into contact with surfaces if it were dropped, scraped, or otherwise manhandled fairly often. Some parts of your model would prevent other parts from getting roughed up just due to their shapes. For example, that hole in the grey front part shouldn't have any edge wear unless someone's rubbing it with a nail file often.
i'm partial to grey because i've seen tanks like it. the cream spirit idea is good as well

What's valves stance on WWI/WWII stuff with medic now?
I remember them saying the obvious "No nazi stuff", yet they took an item from the workshop based off the pope, and made the name a direct reference to some horrendous guy who worked in the concentration camps

What Valve may possibly mean is that there shouldn't be any obvious reference to the Nazis like toothbrush mustache, an armband team symbol or any Nazi symbols.
An example is the Ward. Most people would assume that it's just a large overcoat and an undershirt while it's actually based on WW1/2 German infantry uniform. Even if people do see the German background, there are a lot of uniforms in the world that looks similar.
I guess that means as long as there's no armband, toothbrush mustache and the mirrored, tilted image of luck, it doesn't breaks the rules.

looks very stiff. would do well if the ears pushed in a bit more and the top of the headset was pushed downa bit more. also the texture looks a bit too flat. otherwise, it's still great.

the size of the groves is too big, you should shrink them or incorporate small groves into the band above the big groves instead.
