Scotch saver has fine flexes for me
that's down to the whole client-side vs server-side issue.
As for the bristle crisis. did that ever have flexes?

if i'm not wrong it did but were never added
most beards do have working flexes but they only appear broken to the client. to everyone else, it's fine

But honestly, that isn't good enough. It's only natural the general public will assume they're broken if they look, well, broken.
I just wonder why it works server side but not client side.
Uploading some shots of my model with a test occlusion map on them (while I try to figure out compiling/decompiling stuff):

That operating handle on top looks a bit odd imo. I would bend it at an angle and/or give it a metallic joint in the middle, to spice it up a little.
ALSO: remember this cool thing?

There was a mod for this, but I can't remember where to find it. But last time I checked, the BLU team skins were broke, and the workshop item itself was removed. Any way to contact the creators or fix the broken colors? I might be blind here, but I haven't seen much activity from Sparkwire or Primrose on Workshop or Facepunch.

I could probably root around the files on my old computer to find the download to that if no one can manage to locate where it's at, and I'm not sure about the broken colors, those are mostly because of the fact that it replaced the sandvich, which doesn't have any. I suppose I could hex it for the festive sandvich or the robosandvich for whoever has it to absolutely fix the team colors, or just make it for dalakhos.

Dalokhos and Robo Sandvich seem to be the only foods with team colors, so it seems reasonable to make it for them. But if ya wanna make it for the Sandvich, maybe you could make the wrapper a neutral brown or grey?
edit: but yes, an up-to-date hex would make my Eating-ice-Cream-in-January dreams come true.

I'm not sure if that'll be neccessary if the original creator is cool with fixing it and uploading themselves, but thanks

Yeah, as soon as I can test the entire model for clipping issues, I'm going to add indents to the handle parts, and a screw joint for the bottom part of the activating handle so it looks like its a moving part.

Me and a friend already have some all-class lennon shades in the works. The Set is really nice though, however you might want to shorten the sleeves to behind the gloves, i figure it could be very bulky trying to cover them.

I'm making The entire headpiece all class, just a heads up.
I like the corny buttoned version, matches with the theme.

Updated the handles on my model, to try and make them less 'unfitting':

I don't think I can spend any more time on it though, some issues are happening that are going to hold it back from being finished. :l

It's probably a little late to mention, but...
Are you modelling this beside a decompiled version of the regular Medigun for Medic in whatever modelling program you're using?
You really should in order to get the appropriate sizing for everything on the gun (handles, barrel length, etc.)

I've been using Maya 2014, which doesn't have an up to date plugin for importing/exporting the decompiled files (or for the 64 bit version either), and although MESA's been helpful, I don't think I've set it up completely so its got problems with importing files (exporting is also debatable).
EDIT: I'll appreciate any help with getting this thing finished, just been getting stressed whenever I try to get this correct.
