Decided to make changes to the Elektronica medigun model from the concept art given, you can see the model with the link [url]http://p3d.in/H21jo[/url] The handle is going to be a stand-in until it's probably made for how the Medic grips it, though the lower hose may be held like the Vaccinator.

There's not enough creases or wrinkles in the model (mostly the arms) to suggest a soft, thin material like cotton. The wrists also look really, really off to me. The cufflinks look almost comically too big, and I don't like how the shirt extends below the jacket. It seems awfully OoC of the Spy to have his shirt be out like that. It looks... Sloppy. And not in the "sexy sloppy" way the After Dark looks. [IMG]http://houseofdressshirts.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/kenneth-cole-new-york-dress-shirt1.jpg[/IMG] Look at this handsome man's sleeves. It's a nice shirt but there's creases everywhere. A dress shirt is almost never tight enough to not crease. The Spy's default shirt doesn't crease so much because it's a jacket, and jackets are a bit more form-fitting. If you want this item to be a bit less off-looking, I'd really recommend giving the sleeves a bit more definition and try to make it less "paintable default sleeves" and more "new sleeves for Spy". But hey, I'm like most of FP and I like to talk out of my ass. Maybe I'm wrong.
