You should really use as much space on the uv as possible to get the best effect.

It's become like a mini game. Kinda calming to just zone out and do it for an hour or two to see how good I can get it.

Unwrapping is fun once you get into a good rhythm. Here's my lvl1 & lvl2 sentry unwraps, even I've got too much wasted space. I haven't fixed up the spec map, so if it looks a little shiney/flat, that's what it'd be.

I'm at a loss. I cannot get around the "failed to publish file! check to see if you have another item that has the same name!" The only threads that had info that I could find were: [url]http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1536668&page=176[/url] [url]http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/discussions/-1/846939071413378424/?appid=440[/url] Tried: Moving files Renaming files Deleting files Verified integrity of game cache edit: tried reinstalling TF2, still won't publish Have not tried: reinstalling windows 7 Been at this for over 6 hours now. I feel like its some obscure thing that may have changed, I've uploaded 3 items before this (before the new year) with no issues. Any ideas?

Gives more options for texturing and not having obvious texture symmetry.
