I did it!! Had to delete every bone of the old model except for the hair ones and then combine them with the new armature. Then it didn't work. So I declare them with $bonemerge on the QC, even though in the original they weren't declared that way. But now it works! No more stretched neck! Going to wait for the original creator of the model to come online to ask him if it's ok to release the skin. I'm so happy!!!

Yeah, that is fixed in the next version. Side effect is that the Dapper Disguise now clips heavily. I figured most Spy hats clipping was worse than one misc though.
Damn the dapper disguise is probably the greatest misc a robot spy could have.

Don't want to axe you any questions. But the material definition could be better, the diffuse looks pretty good but your phong and most notable your phongmask can use some polishing. I would boost the phong on the metal, wood looks okay.

Was shooting for the style of the old Rudolph movie, with some creative differences of course, and variations for each class. I have to say though, I think having that Tooth Prick knife in the game wouldn´t be that bad. I mean hell, at least it would be something after almost an entire year of more then 100 hats and not a single weapon.

That one in the Workshop is just way too low-poly and meh-looking, hopefully either that artist fixes it up or Valve releases a better one
