You need to put the viewmodel into the right direction + rotation. The location of the main bone is propably wrong in place. Take a look on other viewmodels

The clipping is no problem. Have you seen the level 1 become level 2 in slow motion? The barrel retracts inside leaving a flat surface, and then the main body splits into two brick sized pieces which contain the base of the miniguns clipping through each other, followed by those somehow spitting out the miniguns themselves. Then there's so many other little physically impossible parts on it. No need to fret if yours has a bit of it too.

The rocket launcher section seems to bounce up and land on the platform there. Will it stay attached or just slide off?
And will the rocket launching part still fire missiles or have a sweet laser / plasma / whatever replacement projectile?

Oh I'm well aware of the clipping, this is just more noticeable than the other levels because of the bright eyes contrasting with the rest.
Yeah, I'm going to move the rocket launcher part so it doesn't look as floaty as it is. (Just need to move the box part so it actually touches the platform it sits on when rising)
For mod purposes, it's going to shoot rockets out of it's non-existent barrels.
The idea behind having eyes instead, is that it's got a super vision/accuracy sorta thing going on, maybe allowing the Engie to see enemy HP, pierce through enemies with it's bullets or shoot down projectiles even.
But that's just me being optimistic, so for now, it'll just be a really cool mod.
Ah sweet. I don't know how easy it would be to replace the rockets anyway. I was thinking of a laser like blob. Maybe one large and two small ones circling it, just like how the stock sentry's rockets move and twirl. But all that is asking for a bit much. You would have to deal with the particles from the rockets anyway.
I don't remember seeing the level 1 and 2 around, but assuming they are complete (Since I did see a few recent images of you working on the lvl3's glitches and muckups), how long do you think till a mod release?

Mod release? Before the end of May, Maybe.
edit: Actually probably not, I've gotta make gibs for each level + lods + HUD elements + etc.

The disguise kits crème spirit button is not teamcolored on BLU in 1st person and the sticky jumper only has BLU's teamcoloring in 1st person when I installed the HQ stickylaunchers to get the viewmodels and keep consistency with the HQ W models

The Sticky Jumper uses a C model so the HQ Launchers mod isn't needed for anything except the Sticky Launcher view model. The new models are even updated versions of that mod.

The disguise kit was never team colored. there exists an unused blu skin, but it always remained unused.
