I've gotten rid of and forgotten how to use all programs related to compiling 'manually', and even back when I were using them regularly I always managed to mess stuff up with them, so unless someone really badly wants to see this cube-on-a-cylinder released I'll just leave it be and pretend that Valve will make the importer weapon compatible eventually.

just use studiomdl.exe
search for it in your tf2 directory, then drag your qc file onto it. then put the textures in the set place and you should be able to check it in HLMV
then just search for the files in the tf2 directory and copy them out to have everything
