yes, the translucent-ness didn't work well with the additions though, so I added team-colored hats so you could still tell which team put out the monoculus

So I was messing with the saxxy_gold cubemap to change it from gold to silver, on my game work wells, but when i wanted to share the mod with a friend, he still sees gold effect instead of silver. What am i doing wrong?

Hard to tell based on the information you provided us with, just in case you don't know how mods work he must have the mod installed also to view it.
Maybe he simply just didn't install it correctly.

I've managed to make the game stop crashing, so I could finally take some in-game screenshots. Turns out the Medic was causing the crashes for some reason, so for now I removed him.

Funny thing is, I could immediately tell which class they were just by looking at their pose instead of mask. Shows how little impact the class silhouettes really have.

I fixed Spy-Medic, so he'll no longer crash the game. Additionally I gave him the Medigun backpack, considering things like Quick-Fix and such already exist in the game and add a backpack.

This is starting to look more like that mod that adds the corresponding classes things to the Spy disguises.
Was that ever updated? If it wasn't I can update it later, when I finished with this thing.
