what the fuck imgur get your shit together
uploaded 128 images, about 17 of them failed to upload and then all of them disappeared
If you are having trouble with Imgur, perhaps just upload all the images as a single zip file.

Could you both please point out what you think is wrong with the item?
Something about the fluff in front doesn't look quite right to me.

the seams between the pieces of fabric on the hat look very flat
also I fixed imgur, here's the armoury album http://imgur.com/a/T8lbF#0
something like 20 pictures didn't upload right and it's kinda a pain for me to figure out which ones those were to fix it, but I'll probably do so sometime soon. Until then there's still the .7z availiable from my dropbox

Yeah I do know that, Sparkwire acctualy did that part, but I honestly also wanted a reply from the people who disagreed, because they probably saw my post but didn't give me a reason to why they did that and just agreed with whatever someone posted about it.

this was a legit thing at the armouries
I can't remember what it was called but they were basically used as cover to get close to animals in order to get a better shot off at them
it reminded me of that stupid horse from adventure time
There was so much more that we looked at after the oriental section, I really wish I hadn't run out of batteries. One day I'll have to go back and try and get some better shots of everything.

Posting my medic wizard concept again. In case anyone missed it the first time round and because a lot of the winter items are being finished up.

Hey look, a thing!
Voting would be very much appreciated. This was a bad time of year to put it in the workshop, it's currently being drowned by a million billion jackets and scarves and christmas lights. Asphyxiation has never been so festive.

reworking the false facial to be a bit more clothish instead of paper
ignore the horrifying engineer texture, it's his head texture stretched onto his body

Petache and I made a new pet.
I knew hot air rises but that's a bit extreme don't you think.
Does decompiling affect smoothness in a mesh?
I'm following a guide Blaco made for me, and I don't understand why he says to repair smoothing, since I just edited the armature, not the mesh.
What jigglebones parameters should i use for a dangling thing?
Does decompiling affect smoothness in a mesh?
Opening something in Blender completely destroys the smoothing. Just apply an Edge Split modifier before you export.

You sure?
Edge Split makes it look far too....straight? Polygonal?
What about the Smooth armature?
That's just what I use. I don't know anything about modeling.

You can go into edit mode, select edges, press Ctrl-e and mark them as an Edge. Then in the edge split modifier uncheck Edge Angle. It'll only sharpen the edges you marked.
Edit: Video tutorial coming Wednesday/Thursday.

Add edge split modifier, uncheck the box that says 'edge angle' but leave the 'sharp edges' or whatever it's called checked. Manually mark (Ctrl E > Mark Sharp) all edges you want to be sharp.
EDIT: Dang ninja. Here's a mustache.

I don't have the skill to mark the correct edges. I don't have modelling skills at all; I'm just changing the armature.
I don't even know the difference between how the model is and how it originally was!
I think I will just leave it as it is.
Hoping to get this finished tonight
Im somewhat convinced that the toothbrush used in the comic is probably the toothbrush in the workshop. I wasnt sure until I saw that the brush had the same kind of bandage wrapped around it.
they said the comics wouldnt tie in with any updates, but that's a pretty bendable rule. i'm hype

Just go to edge mode, hold shift, select edges you want to look hard or sharp with the right mouse button, then once you've selected all the edges you want, control E to bring up the edge menu, and hit "Mark Sharp"
