Just compiled it without editing the mesh, and I see no change. Well, other than the eyes are missing.... Anyone knows what I did wrong?

Just a quick question; are ngons allowable for the workshop, or are they typically frowned upon?

Out of curiosity, how do you port a TF2 model to SFM?
Just copy and paste the model/material files. SFM to TF2 however is a bit different.
