Why would it be that there are different eyes on the same model in TFMV and in-game?
Like, on TFMV the pair of eyes are the same, while in-game they are different from each other (as its supposed to be in this case).
Also, the primary and ref positions in TFMV are all messed up, for some reasons, while the other positions (secondary, melee) are ok.

Sorry ,but that wasn't clear to me while I saw you making it, it just looked like UV seams or a wooden beard, if this is supposed to be a fake beard, why not have it on by a string, or have it not correctly sit on engineer's face?

the texture work is good, but i cant help but feel the actual design of it is bland. i think it would look more visually interesting if instead of the entire thing being painted, there would be a team-colored stripe near the bottom (that is paintable, too). like this:

Used to have one style that was just like that you suggested. Even f it looks good close, it begins to turn into a cluster with the distance. I'll maybe suggest bringing back some styles, but I can't promise anything

i think if you had the top left one with the color stripe as a style choice (if valve ever lets items with styles again...), but with the fire logo removed and the updated textures from your new version, it would be really cool.
