It's run aground with some rigging issues. Still have a lot to learn in that department. So progress is going to slow on that, but it's coming along. The neck isn't as wonky, but the beard moves all kinds of wrong.

Are you putting this on the workshop? If its a WIP, then you should really focus on getting the shapes less blocky.

i like the concepts but i feel you should change the pants back to their original colors cause thats messing with class identification

I couldn't think of anyone who would entertain the notion of NOT having a giant-flight-enabling camera on a helmet. However, Scientists have recommended a camera free version. Grounding the helmet and therefore becoming within reach to a wider (roadster) helmet wearing audience.

You can't, the item schema handles bodygroups. You could try having it replace hats that already don't remove the stock hat, like the soldier's stash or mining light.

A little winter themed Medic set by Napy, Serious_Greg, Sparkwire and me, because we all know there's nothing worse than getting a cold while cutting off limbs on the battlefield :)

So after nearly 4 years or so, the time has finally come.
I've finally made and submitted my first TF2 hat:

so for the brown stripes, should i just make regular planes that stretch around his torso? will that clip alot?
also still need to rig it and add some texture detail
