the only real problem right now would actually be as to how you can desing a container that would look ok(as a backpack) that covers entirely the default bag on his back since it doesnt have a bodygroup and cant be removed.

I have no idea what it is supposed to be all honesty, like I can guess it's a sort of gas mask but isn't it counter productive to have it not be full facial?
and what are those spikes coming out of it as well?

but a mask with fur on the inside would make your face incredibly sweaty and overly umcomfortable. wouldn't you face get more cold thanks to the sweat?

if one would put fur on a mask to keep yourself warm, it would be on the outside so it actually protects you.

I don't want to dishearten you or sound like I'm coming across as an asshole but I'll be honest in saying it kinda feels like a shoehorned idea that doesn't really work well in TF2.

I'm not saying it's a shit idea and you should feel bad, but I'm not really seeing anything outside of "lets make the borderlands mask but somehow make it fitting for smissmas" which I'd say is something you'd kinda want to stay away from.
On the flip side I do actually think it's nice you tried to spice it up with something different, rather than just making it a direct copy of the mask.

Also I'm not saying "Don't make references" it's nice to see well executed references, but as I said it seems kinda slumped together rather than falling into place well.

I hope I've given you some good criticism there on why I'm not a fan of it.

That's exactly why I'm tweaking it right now. The original concept was "another generic gasmask". So the idea was to make it feel more like a face protection or something solid at least. The fur idea comes from and old idea of mine to adapt the princess monoke's mask to TF2.

I still like it and want to keep the general idea, so I'm gonna tweak until i'm happy with it :v:

Also it clips like mad with hats.
