You're smoothing seems to be a tad bit bad, see where the light stretches? Means the triangulation is a bit wacky. Maybe add a few more polys to it.
Having some trouble getting paint to show up in HLMV. I've got the VMT open and the model in HLMV open.

A Distictive Lack Of Hue line of $color2 is added, but it's not showing up in HLMV. Works just fine in Importer so it's not my alpha or anything. Anybody know what's up?

Use TFMV, you just select the color and it shows up painted!

Yes, just load the zip file into it, select the class and click "use as main".

Show your full VMT, there could be other errors in there.

Compile it, get the zip file you'd upload to the workshop and drag it into the white box to load it.

If it works in the importer, the imported version, which is in tf/models and tf/materials, is overwriting the one you, presumably, have in tf/download. If you're editing the one in tf/download, it's not going to do anything, because the VMT in tf/materials is overwriting it and staying the same color.

Can someone help me with what's wrong with the bones?
I updated the bones by replacing the armature with the new one, and then declaring the new bones on the QC with $bonemerge.
Now the bones are weird in TFMV, but only there, and only on the ref and primary pose.
In-game it works flawlessly.
No offense to GintokiSakata, but I prefer doing it on the Blender rather than on Notepad, its easier for me.

Ah, ok. Good to hear from ya, at least.
While you're remaking that, I might at least suggest you add a bit of the jumper showing under the coat, like on the Exorcizor, which would make it more visible than just at the tie.
Of course though, you could always be more ambitious and try modeling an open coat with the whole jumper visible, but let's not stress you out too much.
Meant to do this a gorillion years ago but just got around to doing it now. Probably been done before, but here goes anyways!
