Apparently you can use SFM to create animations for TF2, but I have no idea how to do it.

It's a hat with inner fur that also includes a sort of popped collar (pretending to be part of pyro's suit).
Started this a year ago, and decided trying finishing it as my first cloth item. But I can't get the rigging right. I don't know if it is cause by the geometry or me being too bad at rigging.
Anyways I'm looking for help with this rigging, and also some tips for cloth items that pretend to merge with the normal playermodel.
