(also holly frankly looks better)
Doesn't make sense though. It might look better, but its still not mistletoe, making the whole idea of the hat moot.
Doesn't make sense though.
neither does sniper's accent
a lot of tf2's humor is about ironically doign things wrong and basing things more on stereotypes and misconceptions over accuracy

Up for grabs.
Edit: Medic set is claimed by sky :)

"You know, mistletoe can be deadly if you eat it."
"But a kiss can be deadlier, if you mean it."

... Sorry, all this talk of mistletoe made me a bit nostalgic for an old classic. ;3

Here's hoping this concept is not already made or just a bad idea.
Giftwrapping each stock hat (for classes that have them) would make for a neat multi-class hat for Scout/Soldier/Pyro/Demo/Engineer/Sniper imo.
That's definitely possible, I think all the textures could fit on a single 512x512 texture even.

Enjoy your selfmade :)
It's a custom model from the importer. So, how would I go about opening it in TFMV?
1- f its a workshop zip you can just drag and drop it in the hlmv loadout box it will copy the files to /tf/custom/TFMV/ and load them, if you want to load the model alone click "use as main".
2- If its a model you compiled and created materials for manually:
Make sure you copy the model and its materials in "tf/models/" and "tf/materials".
Then you can load the model attached to a TF2 character:

By adding it to the attachements list, then select a player class.
Or you can load the model instead of a player class by setting the path as the main model:

Then click "Loadout to HLMV + Load paints"
TFMV will analyze the model file(s) and search its materials.
Now this part I am not sure how I coded it.
TFMV first looks for the materials in the game files (the VPKs) then its also looking for the materials in "tf/materials/" OR its looking for them in "tf/custom/TFMV/materials/".
So if it is not finding the materials when you try to load the paints in TFMV, copy them in "tf/custom/TFMV/materials/" and try to load the model with paints in TFMV again.
Yey. Mod release :3

Sorry for reposting, but spy's items need to be at $cloakPassEnabled 1 to turn invisible when cloaked, right?
Cause they are at that right now, and it still doesn't turn invisible.

You also need the correct proxies.
You also need the correct proxies.
That would be vm_invis, right?
Because it's there too.
I think it's spy_invis. Or just invis.
I think it's spy_invis. Or just invis.
Yup, that did it. Thanks!
Dunno why vm_invis was there, it seems it didn't do anything.

Unfortunately the pyro has no flex animations, unless you want to make if for SFM or something

Just as well, I have no idea how to make flexes :v:
