I have it attached to bip_head, which is where I think it should be for scout. The hat is facing the right way in blender. Does this have anything to do with the "Export Up Axis?"

Does this have anything to do with the "Export Up Axis?"[/QUOTE] if you are using the blend files on gamebanana that have proper textures and smoothing, (this one: [url]http://tf2.gamebanana.com/tools/5463[/url] ) the bones on that one is rotated weirdly. use this one: [url]http://tf2.gamebanana.com/tools/5422[/url] the smds in there will have proper rigging. if you want to have both the cool smoothed and textured models, just delete that ones bones and use the imported ones bones for it instead. i think thats how you do it. also, you may have to import it with the y axis facing up, when importing the smds.

Any chance of a release on that? Or any of your other items for that matter? You are an absolutely amazing modeler, and your texturing is just as good.

its not procastination, we're pooling our concepts altogether while we do something completely diferent. in the end, we're actually multitasking.

Different class, and no backpack, and obviously a different idea, but same penguin head crest. I guess northern rockhopper penguins are the ... [i]coolest[/i] of all penguins.

For reskins that do change VMTs, along with custom models, all you'd need to do is add a chunk of the VMT from a weapon that supports killstreaks.
