I'll just be honest, it doesn't fit the Pyro very well.
Especially the teeth. What's fun about the Pyro is not knowing at all what it could be.

Its is the vomit animation taht was going to be played by Engineers wearing the full Fly halloween suit.
The hand just twists like that in the animation, its not a problem of the model.

The problem is in the texture. He has tried to round it off rather than follow the UV perfectly, which doesn't match the default glove on the other side and causes errors in any deformation. It's an easy fix and I hope he does it.

Eh it'll get an update once the last bit of the sets submitted. Thanks for noticing, I painted the stripe on in blender so i assume thats contributing to the problem.

So, I’m a bit of a hoarder when it comes to images I find online.
As a result, I have collected a shit ton of random images to use as inspiration for TF2 concepts. However, I haven’t been really making concepts recently (and I didn't really make that many to begin with), so I decided to share my collection of over [B]1,000 images[/B] with you guys, in the hopes that this collection wont go to waste.
You might think it would be hard to sort through that many images, but I've also [B]categorized all the images with tags[/B]. The images are categorized by class, item type (cosmetic or weapon), cosmetic type (hat, misc., shirt, etc.), weapon type (melee, revolver, medigun, etc.), and occasional source (fallout, James Bond, etc.).
Keep in mind though, many tags are not based on the actual content of the image but, rather what I wanted to use the image for. So for example, you might see a machine gun categorized as a shotgun, a glove categorized as a wrench, or a pistol without a cylinder categorized as a revolver. It just depends on what I had in mind for the image.
Now obviously, I don’t expect any credit for an item based on or inspired by images in this collection (that would just be silly). However, let me know when you found the collection useful, just so I know it wasn't a waste to post it.
I know you guys aren't a fan of "image concepts/ideas", but I just didn't want all these images to go to waste siting on my hard drive. On the other hand, this collection probably won’t be too helpful seeing as it’s catered to my taste and ideas, but who knows.
Also, be careful with drawings and other things that might be copyrighted, though that should go without saying.

The metal needs more phong tweaks so it looks less like concrete. Take a look in any Valve's model that uses good looking Metal for TF2 and its VMT, copy the phongexponent/boost and rimlightexponent/boost and start playing with those. If you want take also a look into the alpha of that texture of reference

Giving people percentages who didn't work on the item itself reduces your chances. Valve doesn't like having to split the pay amongst people who weren't involved in the product they're buying.
Plus sfm shots are easy as fuck and shouldn't need to be "hired". A lot of those who do make them for percentages aren't even exceptionally good.
