The scarf is paintable and uses flexes which has a greate effect when the heavy is talking Votes are very appreciated :v:
Can you make a video or a pic showing up the flexes?
help
Triangulate the dmx and export the Lods as smd
Triangulate the dmx and export the Lods as smd
The item has facial flexes and I learned recently through dev comments that Valve are very picky about LODs being as complex as possible because people can force lower LODs through custom configs. In other words, the LOD needs the flexes as well. I'm reworking the main LOD so it's under 700 tris.

Oh. Well, The changes I made aren't really noticable anyway. I removed some faces from the inside of the mask, so it's barely visible.
Festivities in a hat
I was about to ask if you got permission to do that, but then i realised you made it, and i felt stupid
Not sure if anyone noticed, but this would mark the first (?) item that VLEK uploaded mentioning the original concept artist. He also gave him 1% so good for him.
i took only tinsel from this concept. but athers i invented myself. why not? very nice concept. 1 self-made for this is good.
Having an odd issue with this. Belgian Detective, the bolted football helmet, and some other hats show up fine in loadout menu, but become a badly-positioned white Mann Co hat in-game. Pupils also aren't showing up, but I think that's just a mod conflict, since that happened with a similar Sniper mod.
Obvious thing here, but try running it without any other mods. It shouldn't mess with the hats since the only items that are modified is the Voodoo Cursed Soul.
I like the Festive Missmas Dome, but the tinsel on the rim is...well, meh
The Festive Dome is pretty low poly.
The Festive Dome is pretty low poly.
Probably alot of tris were used to make the straw(?) around the hat.
Does the Spy's weapons work differently than the other classes'? Like, it seems many of his weapons, like the watches and the disguise case, aren't actually models, but animations.

Doesn't look like it's supporting the weight of the apron at all. Also, that isn't how you spell apron.

Also, that isn't how you spell apron.
I knew that already, but I had to make it from the original strap, so I had no choice. If I made it before the segment where it starts, he'd have a huge lump on the back
the second shot looks somewhat... femenine
I disagree.
I disagree.
Those straps arent the same style as mine?
Doesn't matter, point is they look natural. If you're going to use the shoulder straps; you're going to have to do something like that because what you've gone with flat out doesn't work.
Doesn't matter, point is they look natural. If you're going to use the shoulder straps; you're going to have to do something like that.
So people would start saying I ripped your appron off? No thanks.
You could also've tried something like this as I did early on; but scrapped it since it didn't fit well with mine. (But covering the top straps instead of extending as here) Come on man, this is why you post WIPs. Feedback early on is crucial to avoid this.

the fashion police to the rescue.
I might be up to something, will try to fix it soon.
Well, at least someone. Please do the Lugermorph reload fix. It inserted air for 3 years without any fix.
