That's weird, a bunch of my workshop items just showed up as "moved or deleted" for a couple of minutes. I've only seen it be either all my workshop items or none of them, previously.

Super Ultra Bushman Bandit Remix Hyper Edition Ex Plus Alpha MKIII For Real This Time Ertz is gonna give the bushman bandit set's cosmetics a redo sometime soon so I might as well get this going. -Hair is a new addition to the hat, the hat will also have higher res textures to prevent pixel-y textures, fixed rigging, softer edges, and small caps on his vest bullets to make them match. -The Gunslinger's Gear is now the vest, holster, undershirt, and hand-wrap -The Sydney Serape will replace the Paynesville Poncho, which also will include a cigar. Any suggestions or feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks, i'm still clueless about everything
Just an FYI, the reason your link failed was because your url wasn't the direct image link. You needed this link: http://i.imgur.com/RBxW5Xj.jpg Instead of this link: http://imgur.com/RBxW5Xj

Can anyone explain how Sergerants neck decapitation fix works? I'd assume it has something to do with lods, but I'm not sure.
Looking for someone that may be willing to texture this. And yes, it is based on the comic. So it will be for soldier, pyro, and scout. [sp]Unfortunately it is sitting on 1400 tris so cant really add any more details. I had originally wanted one to be a little empty but it didnt quite work out.[/sp]
If youre worried about tris, the lid of the jars look like they could do without a few.
Can anyone explain how Sergerants neck decapitation fix works? I'd assume it has something to do with lods, but I'm not sure.
Pretty sure he just attached the neck models to the player model, then resized them to be hidden inside the heads
Just a small preview to the Russian pyro set (Modeled by Jzeeba) EDIT : It doesn't really scream Russian, I know. But the whole point why I even called it Russian is because the set had a Ushanka with the pyro emblem. But meh. I might as well call it the Winter Train Guard or something.
Having a bit of an issue with ItemToast(1.3.1). I'll pack a weapon all correctly, run it through Itemtoast, and throw it in Custom. The models and backpack images are there, but the textures are missing. Tried packing it as a single vpk and as the default separate material vpk. Am I doing something wrong?

Pyro seems pretty malleable for items.
Hmmm.. I've been looking at this too long. [t]http://puu.sh/9qOWR/31be3adeaa.jpg[/t]
That's a really weirdly shaped medi-gun
Hmmm.. I've been looking at this too long. [t]http://puu.sh/9qOWR/31be3adeaa.jpg[/t]
Is it a medigun or a flamethrower? Has triggers for both, so I'm kinda confused here..

However there's no real line for what concepts are just plain wrong. The point that the Pyro has many 'unfitting'(?) or 'unrealistic' items may be true, but that shouldn't be an open door for others to get away with it. I feel like concepts such as these are subject to endless debate over whether or not they're fitting, and in the end the decision is basically only Valve's.
that coat doesn't even scream Russian. and people are allowed to wear coats from outside their country. quit being picky.
that coat doesn't even scream Russian. and people are allowed to wear coats from outside their country. quit being picky.
i literally never said it did i said in my first post to not make it seem russian further down the line, as in hammer and sickle or any sort of russian screaming idea
that coat doesn't even scream Russian. and people are allowed to wear coats from outside their country. quit being picky.
Yeah, I would have just thought it was a pretty generic military coat rather than anything Russian if the comment wasn't there.
Can someone help with having the Sniper Hands viewmodel fix work with the Huntsman hands not being flipped? I've used each version of seperate c animations and each type of Sniper Hands version Game Zombie has made, but it always ends up with everything working except the Huntsman.

For all we know the Pyro could be Russian. It is a valid point and going "don't use that!" doesn't invalidate it. Don't try to crush someones creativity on something as silly as that.

I've used each version of seperate c animations and each type of Sniper Hands version Game Zombie has made, but it always ends up with everything working except the Huntsman.
Obviously someone correct me if I'm wrong, but iirc the huntsman was originally on the left-hand side of the screen, but people complained it felt disorienting, and didn't match real-world bows, as right-handed people are typically right-eye dominant, and therefore hold the grip with their left hand, and pull the sling back with their right. In a nutshell: The huntsman's fucked up animation-wise, and the way GZ has it's pretty much about the best it'll get, unless someone completely remakes the model and animations. I think Natascha actually has a similar problem; its world model has the belt on the heavy's right, whereas the view has it on the left. It's weird, but not too big of a deal, imo.

i like your incorporation of the crosshairs into the clint eastwood pattern, but the rest might look better if they were less "noisy."
