i literally never said it did
i said in my first post to not make it seem russian further down the line, as in hammer and sickle or any sort of russian screaming idea
Dunno why you'd even say that then when there's nothing to indicate he would
Hearts [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/ratings/heart.png[/img] if you like goggles (misc) better:

Rainbows for "finish both, call them styles or variants or whatever"
Both are still WIP, no smoothing groups, unfinished textures, stretching fixes, etc, etc etc, blah blah blah.

it's perfect logic. i could get laid so i should keep a condom everywhere i go.
i swear, i could. ;_;
Is there an option for "neither is particularly appealing"? I don't understand why it would be plugged into either of those devices :x
perhaps a holo projector disguised as an e-cig? the glowing tip would emit the hologram, it already seems to be about the correct distance from the face.

I'm thinking of recreating this later down the line. any thoughts on how I would improve it?
I will definitely make it all class, so don't mention that.

call it cyber-espionage or something of the sort. :^)
What do you guys think of making this?

i found the artist but he never accepted my friend request. in fact he rarely signs on.

Which part? The gym badges, the Pokeballs, or the hat?
Or even all three as a set?
Which part? The gym badges, the Pokeballs, or the hat?

3 as a set would be good, but i think the pokeballs and the hat are enough
Guys not that this matters to anyone but my computer has a broken hard drive and I really miss modeling right now...
i like your incorporation of the crosshairs into the clint eastwood pattern, but the rest might look better if they were less "noisy."
Is this any better? i removed a row of pattern and spread out the lines more evenly:

better.
you could use something bigger than just lines too, because then you would need fewer of them. maybe jarate? or just decorate the lines into arrows?
Dunno why you'd even say that then when there's nothing to indicate he would
unless my memory is incorrect the concept art featured a hammer/sickle decal
Stop acting so immature.
i'm providing a point through comparison. just because something COULD potentially be one way doesn't mean you should automaticially prepare in that manner. look at Y2K or 2012 for example
better.

On a scale of 1-10 how cheesy is this:
I can see the hat being made in a similar way so it would avoid copyright stuff, but the pokeballs and badges... It would be hard to change it enough to stay similar to the originals, but not enough to avoid problems with copyright.
We have the flair! for the badges, anyway...
it's fairly obvious it would be made for mod purpouses and not actual workshop material
Can someone help with having the Sniper Hands viewmodel fix work with the Huntsman hands not being flipped? I've used each version of seperate c animations and each type of Sniper Hands version Game Zombie has made, but it always ends up with everything working except the Huntsman.
Do you have any other custom animations installed?
I think Natascha actually has a similar problem; its world model has the belt on the heavy's right, whereas the view has it on the left. It's weird, but not too big of a deal, imo.
Everyone complains about that yet never about the entire drum being flipped. Or how the Minigun is physically impossible.
Do you have any other custom animations installed?
No conflicting mods whatsoever. I even took all of my other mods off with simply the separate c animations and the latest sniper hands fix and it still gave me the flipped hands on the huntsman. The glove and watch appear on the right hand instead of the left.
Updated this thing here:

Now has:
- Working gibs
- Fixed critical death sound (now only plays on animation deaths)
- Custom weapon which gives various buffs & debuffs
This is a bit late, but how did you fix the gibs? I had a similar issue and I haven't been able to fix it yet.
What do you guys think of making this?

I remember I had started working on it, but someone else already had a better model that was further along than mine. Not sure what happened to it though.

well considering they still haven't made it, maybe you could?
P.S. to make sure the grenades and the hat always go together, make it replace the Lumbricus Lid?
Super quick survey for my 3D model friends! What modeling program do you use?
: Blender
: 3DS Max
: Maya
: Milkshape
[img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/ratings/heart.png[/img]: ZBrush
If you use a modeling program not listed, reply with the program. If someone else mentioned your program, agree with that post.

You should probably put Zbrush aside, people generally use Zbrush/3DCoat/Mudbox as a side tool for sculpting details and then they bring it back to the main app for rigging/animating and exporting to engine.
Ps: I use Softimage as main 3D package, Zbrush for sculpting and Xnormal for baking.
Pretty sure he just attached the neck models to the player model, then resized them to be hidden inside the heads
The neck models only appear when the playermodel becomes a ragdoll, its not actually there when the player is alive and I have no idea how that is done.
This is a bit late, but how did you fix the gibs? I had a similar issue and I haven't been able to fix it yet.
I decided to just replace the original gibs, using a custom path/model name doesn't work because it seems to be hardcoded to use the original path & models only.
Crossposting this from MUS, looks like they updated the TF2 hlmv.
You can now load multiple items, up to 12, without doing things with the registry, as well as all the items being unloaded when a different model is loaded.

There's also the addition of a few other useful things like a option that shows the uvmap and a drop down menu for all the textures loaded, that sort of works in conjunction with the uvmap option, some things appear with a magenta and black checkerboard.

Counter Strike fans or wannabes are gonna rape the workshop page when you have it up.

I drew up a concept art, which is a scope attachment for Pyro.
Its name should be "The RoV"
The colours should be different shades of black (I'Lo might have to colour it on PS)
Up for grabs, if anyone wants it
