Yeah, it's all working now. ..Except I don't think the paint is working. [t]http://i.imgur.com/153yGEq.png[/t] (Was supposed to be painted indubitably green)
Ah, must be TF2MV/HLMV's issue then, no worries!
Alright, thanks though. I updated my post, and I've put an in-game image showing the item painted as Pink as Hell.
It's just a shame i don't have the hat of which my hat is modded over, so i can't wear my own hat. And it would look good with my bills hat
who knows how to make 3d models? i looking for someone who wants to work with me in the mariachi set for the pyro :zoid:
Might be interested. Your steam link isn't working so add me

Someone should make a bread knife.
Tried to make vaas He looks to buffed ...
Any space concepts up for grabs?
Got even more bored and started some demo thing cause he always seemed too skinny for me. Thinking I may try to tie it in color wise to the vest. But I really don't know what else to do with it.

And making the bottom thing paintable would actually make it easier for me.
Yea, I was thinking of adding more junk as it currently is like 600 tris. And making the bottom thing paintable would actually make it easier for me.
yeah, you could also make the shoulders broader as a notable characteristic to the misc, i personally like miscs that make the upper torso more prominent. but as said as long as it's a distinguishable item it should be fine, and it's respectably distinguishable as it is so any changes would just be of your own opinion at this point
Yea, I was thinking of adding more junk as it currently is like 600 tris. And making the bottom thing paintable would actually make it easier for me.
Maybe you should also do a hat to match it.
Maybe you should also do a hat to match it.
I don't know what I would do. The entire inspiration for the suit thing is "Demo is too skinny for a demolitions expert.". I don't know how I would tie something in. I guess I may be able to work something in with whatever I add to the item. Maybe just some grenades.
what ever happened to simple hats? the fast learner looks good being just a simple undershirt.
the thing about simple items is that everyone can do something simple, so they flow a lot faster
what ever happened to simple hats? the fast learner looks good being just a simple undershirt.
there's a reason that's the only simple undershirt, and why the closest newer things are still like varsity jackets and track jackets rather than just an undershirt. plus the fast learner still had the cuff/folds at the end and at the neck to give it character I'm not saying simple is bad, just that so simple it's not something you immediately notice is less than satisfactory for me
Have some mods. Which is fucking amazing to come from me. You just needs a balance.
there's a reason that's the only simple undershirt, and why the closest newer things are still like varsity jackets and track jackets rather than just an undershirt. plus the fast learner still had the cuff/folds at the end and at the neck to give it character I'm not saying simple is bad, just that so simple it's not something you immediately notice is less than satisfactory for me
Yeah, its not really noticeable. It needs a band and some junk to make it more worthwhile.
Anyone have an ideas on how I could go about easily creating all the necessary tf/models subdirectories for HLMV without having to manually create every bloody folder from scratch? I was thinking of dragging and dropping the entire models part of the misc VPK into /tf/models but that would also have the side effect of extracting every single model from the VPK as well which I don't want to do (due to potential future updates that could add new skins for models, or brand new models for things which could cause issues and force me to have to manually update old models. Reason I am trying to figure this out is because HLMV requires the folder to exist in order for it to be able to open that directory and view the models inside (this was not necessary before the Steampipe transition)

His hat would make a pretty badass Demo hat too.
