I'd ditch it. Same for the boot laces, but mostly because they're really noisy and look tacky when textured on. The boots are detailed enough, and maybe even unnecessary. The little flap under pyro's waist seems like it needs to be resized to the new, bigger plate. Dumb little idea: that backpack reminded me of the dispenser, except with 'Pyrovisions' written where 'provisions' goes. :V

[b]Edit[/b]: i been thinkin about editing the crotchplate too, but when i looked up a few referenes for ballistic vests the crotchplate was like the perfect size for the new size of the vest

I like that you made the chest plate more like the concept art since then. If those laces and the shoulder pad borders don't reflect the way the texture will likely be going, it was useless to pick those base colors to show to the emporium. You're the current most direct link to comment on the upcoming texture now, anyway. The shoulder pads, eh, I could take 'em or leave 'em. They do go with the design but don't seem very important to it either. If they do stay, I think it'd be good to make both the knee and shoulder pads match. I do like that the diagonal strap stays so the item could combo with grenade-slot items.

Id rather put effort on a better "setting" to put that easter egg on your map other than something someone forgot to erase after a gmod session. A small tombstone with the skull partially buried and the trumphet placed on top of the grave might not only look nicer, but could also add a small bit of background and story to your map while being a reference without the need to shout what it is, or even the need to hide it. Subtle details are the ones that are memorable and enjoyable to discover.
