More specifically you need to imbed que points into the .wav file. I do it with Goldwave but I'm sure there are other ways.

I've downloaded other sound replacement to see what they did and apparently they all have a cache file, i don't know how to make a sound cache.
bear in mind the file has to be converted with 16bit, 44100 Hz, 2 channel settings.

Isn't that the default resolution of non-HWM medic's head?
If it is actually some kind of HLMV error, tick No Mipmaps and No Level of Detail in the VMT, but I'm pretty sure that's the full resolution.

Ingame sound quality is normal.
Got some problems with flexes.
I've successfully completed all the flexes for an item I'm making, but the eyelid flexes don't work.

The eye part clips with every flex (the rest of the item is invisible at the moment). This is because the "right_CloseLid" and "left_CloseLid" are set to half.

The thing is, the decompiled soldier model doesn't have these flexes. There's just CloseLidLo and CloseLidUp.

This is how it looks when the CloseLid flexes in HLMV are disabled, like they are in the decompiled model. All the flexes work fine.
