Here's the link of the hat I'm having trouble with.
It's rotated 90 degrees from the cursor (0,0,0) on X, but I still need to find a way to lower it.
I would be grateful if someone could help me out.
is it blender? make sure your hat in object mode is placed at 0 0 0. then do all your changes in edit mode.

Took that in the SFM model viewer, works fine.
However, when I try to slide it into a VPK, it breaks.

It looks like it's complaining about the version of the textures. I think that SFM textures are version 7.5, and that TF2 textures are 7.4 or 7.3 or something.
who was the guy who made the fistsound mod? would he be able to help me make a similar collection of demoman charge sounds? I have a few I'd like to start with, namely "Tiny Tim - Living in the Sunlight" and 'Rollin' around at the speed of sound' from "Sonic Adventure 2: City Escape Theme" and "I'm the Nigga! AAAAAAAA".

shit, I made the Spy (TF2) once, he probably was one of the most ridiculous characters I've ever created, in any sort of media or game or whatever, ever.

Its a hover disc based off another game, but I decided to make it look all spacey with tubes and vents. I was going to draw up a concept art to either give to someone else or to solidify my thoughts on paper, however I discovered after and hour of failing to be able to draw so much as a straight line I realized I'd just have to model it myself.

It should be easy enough to use GoldWave to set up the cue points in the .wav five.

Someone mentioned wanting the engineer rancho taunt becoming him strumming a guitar.
I was interested in exporting his animation from Meet the Engineer into his model as rancho, then just changing the sound files to the music/video. but man, it sounds complicated what with getting props like the guitar to spawn in, and exporting the playermodel and such

You would have to manually edit the playermodel and add his guitar as a bodygroup, then turn it on/off with animation event commands, but this won't solve the problem of the chair model still appearing.
edit: im dumb, youl also have to nullify the chair's model so nothing shows up when it's spawned, either through wiping the model files or nodraw'ing the material

Or if you want to make it extra hard, change the chair model into the guitar, and change the chair's animation to be in line with whatever animation you set on the playermodel. Good luck with that though
