Archimedes is too splayed out, and the stroking is sort of weird. try going up and down the back of the neck as opposed to side to side.

I've been working on making the Patriot to replace the Sniper's SMG. Not completely done with the model, but its at a point where I feel like sharing it. (Minor details like the safety and the iconic Beta C mag aren't done yet)
However I am the absolute worst at unwrapping anything, and the fact that blender doesn't have great unwrapping tools doesn't help either. If someone would be willing to help me unwrap this once its done that'd be fantastic.
EDIT: And if said person would also like to texture it please do. My texture skills are awful.
Decided to have another go at this one, made the edges a bit more bulky, and I'm just gonna keep trying until that moustache turns out fine.

So yeah, properly updated with speedloaders. Tiny bit of clipping in one part of the animation, but it's not even noticeable ingame. I did have a go at fixing the smoothing with this, but I wouldn't be able to it without having to resmooth it or mess with the actual verts, which I personally don't want to risk doing. If anyone wants to have a go, though, just send me a message on here on Steam, and I'll send you the source file.
Also, my Overdose reload fix mod is now useless! Valve fixed it in Love & War, so if anyone is using my mod, just delete it.

It's meant to be a normal tie, I imagine the low cut of the waistcoat is creating the illusion of length.

Honestly, the belt buckle area is so tiny, you probably wouldn't notice how low res it is in-game. But i'll see what i can do.

I was thinking about making multiple versions in the final release, but you can only have one at a time. Another thing I could do is add it to the end of the voice lines or edit the voicelines, but I don't know how to lipsync.

Yeah, the model for LOD1 is a bit wonky, the centres of the handle things are rigged to the same bone as the magazine. I found that out when I was making a shorter version of it. I also had huge problems getting the rigging for LOD0 to work for that, but somehow it worked and one point and I kept it that way.
